1. Custom Products (Important)

Because each item is made specifically for you:

👉 Custom photo magnets are non-refundable and non-returnable
EXCEPT if:

• Item arrives damaged
• Printing defect
• Incorrect item received

2. Reporting Issues

If there is an issue:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the product and packaging

We will review and offer:

• Replacement OR
• Refund (if applicable)

3. Pre-Designed Products

• Eligible for return within 14 days
• Must be unused and in original condition

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom products (unless defective)
• Used or damaged items not due to our error

6. Shipping Costs

• Non-refundable unless due to our mistake
